Obscure 50's jazz vocal singer. This is arranged by Don Costa, who did Eydie Gorme's early albums. He's one of my favorite arrangers so I knew I would like this album. The woman has a brassy voice. Her phrasing is very good. My favorite song is Misty which I like to play in my car during the night time. It gives a cool mood. There is a nice mixture of uptempo numbers and slow songs. Fresh Sound Records combined both of the two albums she did. It's too bad jazz isn't what it used to be.
